Printed pants are a tricky thing to pull off successfully. I avoid them because I don’t want to look like I took some curtains and turned them into pants. And it’s easy to end up looking like a disaster. But I’ve noticed more and more people embracing the trend – particularly celebrities. Here we have Beyonce (Dana’s favorite, ha!) and Keri Hilson each trying the look but in different styles (Beyonce in Easton Pearson Syriam Flag-Print Silk-Crepe Pants, $595 and Hilson in Topshop’s Lime Tropical Cigarette Trousers, $80). You see they were both smart to pair their busy pants with solids.
