Nothing to do Friday in DC? Check out Truckeroo this Friday, August 10th. Truckeroo is a monthly festival held June thru October showcasing food trucks from the Washington, D.C. area. It runs from 11AM to 11PM, and admission is free. (Duh, cause you’re buying the hell out of the food from the food trucks!) There is live music, picnic tables, cold drinks and at least 20 food trucks. Curious which ones? Check them out here. I say take a half day Friday and head out to eat all the lobster rolls, tacos and empanadas you can shove into your mouth. Why not?
